Food combining is a practical and simple application which implements the dissociated diet that is based on the theory of the balance between acids and bases in the stomach; you will learn to choose appropriate food for avoiding indigestion, discomfort and weight gain.

 

To facilitate the task of knowing what foods combine and what they don’t, we have created this application, where the only thing that you will have to do will be to write the food you want to join in the same meal; and you will see it reflected with different colours, if they are beneficial for your metabolism.
